He continuously monitors regulations, administrative practice and case law, mapping opportunities and managing risks for finances and operations. Evaluates plans, operations and theses with a retrospective and prospective reading, carries out simulations of administrative and judicial scenarios and translates impacts into probability, time, cash and exposure.

From the outset, its work incorporates the tax policy dimension, reading the institutional environment and the tax agenda to calibrate messages and routes. It has experience in defining paths between operational adjustments, administrative and judicial defense and negotiated solutions, maintaining technical coherence, monitoring frameworks and enforcement discipline in sensitive cases.
